Question:

800 or 200m?

Well, sports day is coming up and I want to sign for 2 races- I am going to sign up for 400m but should I also go with 200m and 800m? Last year I got 3rd in 800 and in 200- I got second last but I didn't ''run on the balls of my feet'' and I was only a second away from the leader- How much time can running on the balls of your feet improve?

my current times:

800m- 2:09

400m- 0:58

200m- 26.6

  1. RUN ON UR TOES!!!  and 200m if u didn make up ur times ur 200m time iz better


  2. running on the balls of your feet can really improve your time, maybe even by more then a second. I say, go for the 200m.

  6. running on the balls of your feet hurts u at first but when u master how to run on the balls of your feet it helps you a lot
