Well, sports day is coming up and I want to sign for 2 races- I am going to sign up for 400m but should I also go with 200m and 800m? Last year I got 3rd in 800 and in 200- I got second last but I didn't ''run on the balls of my feet'' and I was only a second away from the leader- How much time can running on the balls of your feet improve?my current times:800m- 2:09400m- 0:58200m- 26.6
