does going on a pogo-stick help you in the 800m

if so how

  1. During the race? Perhaps....

    I would imagine that the pogo stick would strengthen your loegs however spending the time running might be better.


  2. it could give you strength and keep you fit but i dont think it will help you perform as good as doing other things such as strength exercises or doing some cross training to get you fit anough to perform well.
