80g Zune video problems with wmv videos and organizing?

Question

My zune won't play converted wmvs?

It shows up on the zune, but its kind of an empty file. No sound or audio is ever heard when I actually play any wmv?

Also, is there no way to sort the videos into the categories movies, tv shows, music videos? And if there is, why not with mp4's?

Thats one of the weird things, it plays converted mp4's fine, but there is no way to sort them.

How can i sort my MP4 videos into the subcategories on zune?

i tried zMeta and zEditor

either I'm not working it right or they dont work.
