8130 Blackberry Pearl Camera & Scroll Problem?

Question

Since Monday, my camera has gone bezerk! My keys may not work sometimes, or if I press the menu key, the camera will pop up, when I try to exit from the camera, it takes a picture. The scroll button will scroll left to right and up and down, but when I press the scroll button, does nothing. Anything I do, the camera pops up.

I did a hard reset, took battery out for a few minutes and put back in.

I have 4 gig SD Media Card

(I am with Verizon Wireless)

You might need to wipe the device's operating system and reload it back on to the device.

I would suggest to back it up on your computer and wipe it.  If that doesn't help, call customer care.  They will send a new one if they can't fix it.  800-922-0204
