83 Caprice plus sized rims?

Question

I kno that the stock rim size is 15... but wat modifications would have to be made to get bigger rims?

please dont s***w up such a beautiful car, it comes with 15s for a reason, much bigger and it rides like c**p, looks stupid, dosent turn, and handles terribly at anything over 30, 18s are somewhat reasonable, and achievable without mods....but 24s are more than too far without like a 4 inch lift

Why would you do that? It looks stupid.

With a little work about wheel offset and lowering your tire profile, (a 35 to 40 series tire) an 18 should fit.
