8525 constantly freezes?

Question

I have an 8525 that constantly freezes all the time for seemingly no reason at, i have done a hard reset and a soft reset and it still freezes, and i dont have alot of files on the phone so is there anything i can do to fix this lke get it reprogrammed or anything like that. I only want technical answers i dont want to hear "take it back to the store because i bought it over a year ago

I can probably help with a little more info or you may find it when checking for the info

How long has it been like that.

Did it have a memory card and now you leave it out .If so all programs that may have been setup to use the memory card for storage like the camera ,messaging ,media player or internet explorer will be looking for it and freezing.

When you did the hard reset did you let it install all of the

att software or did you stop it at some point .

Do you have the htc x button set to end or just hide applications.

How much program and storage memory do you have left.

Are you running bluetooth at the same time.
