87 El Camino SS shifter needle?

How do I fix my El Camino's shifter needle? I can shift But the needle on my Dash doesnt tell me what gear Im in.

i would say the part would require some complete replacing you need to check your local salvage yard, ebay and your nearest auto zone.. good luck man!
