88 accord back shocks can not get bolt out, help?

Question

i have a 88 accord, i am putting in new strut and springs in back, i unhooked from top and now i loosened bolt for bottom. I can not get bolt out, looks like a sleeve with rubber around it that bolt slides thru, i finally cut old strut legs off and have bolt still stuck in sleeve, what is going on? any help please

Heat it up or cut it out

burn the rubber out with a torch

Yeah thats never coming out.  You can buy that bushing from honda dealer for relatively cheap prob under 20 bucks.  But u need to have the old one pressed out and new one pressed in.
