Check the brake light switch on the break pedal arm.

Circuit boards the bulbs plug into are bad probably. Go to the dealer or NAPA stores for new circuit boards. They are usually the cause.

check the brake light switch located above the brake pedal !

check the brake light sensor on the brake pedal, they go bad sometimes, or it might just need adjusted.

Asumeing you checked  the bulbs,(turn signals work, or flashers? If not It's the bulbs or the socket ) then It's the brake light switch
