8GB TRANSCEND PEN DRIVE - WRITE PROTECTION DELAYED...

Hi, Im Sanjay.Pls help me. I have bought an 8GB Pen drive and I can store about 3Gb of info on it. If it exceeds this, there is a pop up of write delayed and remove write protection. In fact it is not write protected. But how can I remove all this and use my pen drive normally.Thanks for your valuable help.
