8dpo temperature drop of 0.4°f (0.22°c)??? Please help?

Question

I have had sore nipples since 6dpo but now at 8dpo I have slightly sore b*****s generally but nothing too bad. AF would be due in 4 days but I have very very light periods which are always pain free (before and during). For the last few hours I have had backache too in my lower back.

Do I have a luteal phase defect?

Don't listen to tht A**HOLE...he has bee asking and answering questions just to get a rise...when actually he should get a job.  

After ovulation your temperatures should stay above the coverline for at least twelve days. If your temperatures fall below your coverline this may be an indication of a short luteal phase or a luteal phase defect.
