hi....friday is my school dance and im super excited

Ive liked this kid since 6th grade now in 8th...... and i want to ask him to dance with me

but he likes another girl but they arent going out...

what should i do?

well everyone else's advice is great, just another tip:

DONT approach him followed by ur posse of girls! its sort of intimidating to guys.

The classic trick:

1. Tell him, "Oh I love this song!" and see if he catches on.

2. If not, then say, "Don't you love this song?"

3. If he STILL doesn't get it, just say, "Let's go dance!" with a big friendly smile.

Just be sure you're hanging out with him so that it's not too random. Oh, and good luck! :-)

hope you have slow song  then be sure to get him as a partner. u should ask him before someone takes him or you could get him at the last slow song... relax calm down and breath cause i had a brunch(last friday) and i did this and thats where i got my boyfriend......

Why is this under dancing? It should be under dating or something.

of course you should ask him! you never know he might say yes.... but you dont know that unless you ask..... so ya ask him you never know he might secretly like you. Good luck at that dance!
