I don't know about your daughter....

but I have a step-son who just turned 8 years old last month. He is in the phase where he plays outside almost all day long! He got those little friends on our street, and He can very well spend a whole 10 hours outside each day! Yeah...they like it!

Well for this matter, since he likes being out so much, we bought him a new bike, with some cool colors (orange and black..). He was trilled! He love his new bike ! His uncle bought for him a skateboard.

For a girl, if she likes to play outside too, maybe find her a new bike, if she is due for one. Or I know that girls around that age likes Hannah Montana's stuff. Or the Brats. So maybe something related to those.

Webkinz. If her ears are pierced, some new earrings. OR on her b-day, bring her to Claire's and get her ears pierced. I got mine when I was a baby. Mom said I didn't cry or anything.
