9.72 seconds! Track and Fields Usain Bolt ?????

A new world record has been set in 100 m track and field! 9.72 seconds! Tyson g*y ran a very respectable 9.85 and I can't wait for the olympics! I watched this combination of cheetah/gazelle burst from the blocks and run smoother than hot butter and it was flawless! Have you ever heard of this man? Did you see him run? If you didn't you missed a great race! That is truly your loss. The fastest man in the world and I saw him today. That's my gain. (smiling)

Why is there no Track and Field category in Yahoo answers : Sports section? It says Sports > Running. There is a Swimming and Diving category but none for Track and Field. They should fix that. Thanks.

I agree, Track and running should be separate.  

That was amazing to watch!  And amazing that Bolt did it in the conditions that he did.  Wet track, false start, wait, runners up, wait again, BOOM!

we've all seen rocky 3, (and a great comparison can be made to rocky and clubber lang) tyson g*y has been on the top for a while until a challenger comes along and beats him, well when the time comes g*y will return as the victor! long live american sprinting.
