9 year old boy worrying about his willy...

Question

My son is 9 and has commented about the size of his willy. He thinks it is very small and a funny shape. I've reassured him that everyone is different and it'll all change soon and there's nothing wrong with him.

As a woman tho, could someone tell me when these things happen? Do willies grow before puberty or during or someother time?

He's 10 this year and I'm wondering what I'm likely to be expecting next with growing up boys.

at 9 years old everyones d**k was small but yes it grows but some people are just not as lucky as others when it comes to that department but as far as funny shaped maybe you should make sure he's not deformed or anything the older he gets the more fascinated he will become with him d**k but i am pretty sure he will not discuss with you because your his mom and what boy wants that discussion he will be fine just tell him its alright and send him on his way

There is a link below to a pretty good explanation of male development.  You are on the right track telling him that all boys developer at different rates.

The majority of problems normally associated with puberty can be avoided if the boy or girl has an honest adult whom they can confide in and whom they trust.  It may be you or one of his teachers or a male relative.

OK! :DDD! Soorry, i just had to laugh! But yea, your sons 'willy' will grow when he is in puberty and probably not anytime sooner! Tell him that itl look fine and it will take its shape! LOL!

Plus, most kids think that area looks weird because theres is the only one they have seen! Re assure a couple more times and tell him that!

people are different but I heard at 15-16 the willy grows to then and stays about the same from then on. usually hair will start growing before that, first being peach fuzz. this will happen soon at about 12-13. also at that time the strange occurence of ejaculation will start signifying puberty growth starting.

yes we are all diffrent im 5 foot 7 and im 13 i grew a fully grown mustash when i was in year 5 or 6th grade if ur in america and i am still a bit conserned about the size of mine give him a few years it will change

I've got 4 boys ranging from the youngest (twins) 10 year old tomorrow and 18 years old.

It varys in every child but my youngest boys' willies are still small and probably will be for a few years yet.

Tell him not to worry he is completely normal.

By the way, I don't understand why someone has rated thumbs down on all these answers, they are all valid points.

MY son is 10 and he has long brown pubic hairs already bless him but his p***s hasnt changed much in size, i expect that to happen when he's around 12. Everyone is different. Tell him not to worry.
