9 year old tatoo artist

Question

Can someone tell me how this is allowed? I would think the licensing board, not to mention the insurance company that covers liability ins., OSHA, etc would only allow someone 18 and over to be there let alone working needles. Why is CPS, so famous for yanking kids away from innocent parents in Texas, sitting by doing nothing? I am sure there are no unsavory characters there....criminals, pedophiles, etc.

is this for real? do you know the 9 yr. old? never heard of such a thing, hmmm. well it could be possible. i am a permanent makeup artist, tattooing the face, and when i took my class to get certified in doing this not once did they ask for age or i.d. i use needles all day long. they dont even know if im under age, and didnt even bother to find out. if the kid passed all his tests and was educated on bloodborn pathogyns and what not, its very well possible, but im not for sure. wow, what has this world come to. very strange and CPS should be involved, way too young.

It's a child following her father's career path...this has been happening since the dawn of time....

Why not in a parlour with customers? The customers want them...what's the alternative? on herself?

That would certainly be a less desirable outcome.

Im sure it isn't allowed, as for the people in texas, the police wouldnt have done that unless they thought they had solid proof,they have found some cases of child abuse in those compounds,just not as many as they hoped,besides a 40 year old man that wants to be married to a 15/16 year old girl needs to be shot in the head,and her parents for letting it happen,atleast wait till she's 18.

wow what a cool kid! i was told to get an apprentiship at 15/16. so i'm looking for one now. and wow 9 years old???? he/she will be well good when they're older!

why do tatto artists need liability insurance??? your question made no sense...he could be being trained...and some kids do drop out of school by then sad but true...if you havnt seen the child being assaulted or raped then whats the problem??? if it bothers you so much then report it.
