Ok so I've heard of the show 90210 on the CW. andddd ive been recommended the show. i heard that its on tuesday nights and its a one hour show. Is this true? and then also, i missed the first season> so can u prep me up and summarize for me season 1, tell me waht happened so im not utterly confused wen i watch the season premiere tuesday. also explain the characters and the setting and blah blah. Season One

90210 looks at life through the eyes of Annie Wilson (Shenae Grimes) and her brother Dixon (Tristan Wilds), whose first day at West Beverly Hills High School leaves no doubt they're not in Kansas anymore. The Wilson family, including dad Harry (Rob Estes) and mom Debbie (Lori Loughlin), has relocated to Beverly Hills to keep an eye on Harry's mother Tabitha (Jessica Walter), a feisty-but-faded former television star and a charter member of the Betty Ford Clinic. For Annie and Dixon, the awkwardness of being the new kids is made worse by the fact that their dad has taken a job as the high school principal. The school is one big culture shock for Annie, a sweet and friendly girl with a passion for the theater, and Dixon, a star athlete and scholar who was adopted by the Wilson family after they took him in as a foster child. Annie and Dixon have a close sibling relationship, which they'll need to help them cope with all the new cliques and classmates, including Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord), a hot, spoiled, rich girl; Ethan (Dustin Milligan), a popular jock whose abilities rival Dixon's; Navid (Michael Steger), an aspiring reporter who heads up the school's daily newscast; and Silver (Jessica Stroup), a rebel who produces and stars in a YouTube-type video series. Even the faculty seems hip and sophisticated at WBHHS, such as smart and funny teacher Ryan Matthews (Ryan Eggold), beautiful guidance counselor Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth), and successful theater actress turned high school musical director Brenda Walsh (special guest star Shannen Doherty). The Wilson family has just begun to realize how much their lives are about to change.

The series revolves around the Wilson Family's transition from Kansas to California, similar to how the original series revolved around the Walsh family's recent move to California.

Erin “Silver” Silver Jessica Stroup

Kelly Taylor and David Silver’s half-sister who is described as a “wannabe socialite with her own YouTube series”, and also quirky kid who moves to her own beat. She becomes Annie’s best friend, and grows a crush on her brother Dixon. Her YouTube series is called "The Vicious Circle".



Naomi Clark AnnaLynne McCord

Naomi is described as “a hot, spoiled, rich girl” who rules the social scene. She appears to be a brat at first, but throughout the series her character will peel back layers to show why she is the way she is. She is Ethan Ward’s girlfriend, but will develop an attraction towards her English teacher, Ryan Mathews.



Ethan Ward Dustin Milligan

A lacrosse star and a top athlete who’s known as the “likeable jock” as well as being Naomi’s boyfriend. He will fall out of the popular crowd, and eventually befriend the 90210 crew. He rivals Dixon at first, and will catch the eyes of Annie.
