90cc 2 stroke quad bike running problem

Question

I have a 90 cc, 2 stroke full auto quad bike, It starts perfectly, Idles nicely but as soo as the throttle is fully open for a few seconds the rev's die down and it cuts out. I have adjusted mixture screws left right and centre, cleaned the carb, changed the spark plug changed the air filter and yet it still does it, can anyone help?

aha i know the problem straight away (although there could be something else wrong) i have a 50cc mini moto 2 stroke and get this problem sometimes, simply let the engine run for a while and open the throttle slowly rather fully at once. hope this helps - kayleigh

does it have a rev limmiter?  You could be reaching the max rpms allowed, causing the engine to cut out until it slows.  If not, I would assume the carb needs more attention.
