Recently I rented a car with an additional driver on it. The rental contract was on my name. This additional driver unknowingly entered into the 91 Express Lane without a valid Fastrak account. I received a violation letter from 91 Express Lanes with a financial penalty. Will this violation go in my DMV records as citation? Will it lead to increase in my insurance premium. Please advise?
