  1. There is a fuse in the fuseblock that controls the clutch. First thing is do you have sufficient refrigerant in system. If the refrigerant is low the compressor clutch will not engage. You need to have refrigerant pressure checked

    NEVER replace any part till you KNOW the problem


  2. If the fan in the dash is turning on and blowing then the fuse is good. If it's blowing and the compressor isn't kicking in then you are low on freon. There is a low pressure switch that cuts power to the compressor when you are low on freon to prevent the compressor from burning up.

  3. most likely low on freon and the 91 takes r12 need to  do retro fit to r134 the cheaper freon then find leak and fix leak which will cost some bucks
