91 f150 fully charged ac good high pressure and no low pressure it has suction on low side blockage?

i filled my ac with the recommended amount of 134 and replaced my compressor and it has good high pressure but no low pressure after i shut it off the system equals out and i have over 100 psi but still no low pressure when it is running and the ac and fan are on high
