92 nitro190dc 150 evinrude. Just recently my live well stop filling up it .And my speedometer stop working.?

I am the 2nd owner i really never figured out the proper way to fill up the live well.Most of the times i would turn on the freshwater switch on manual to fill the live well slowly and other times it just fills up on its own.The fresh water switch works on recirculate only not manual and when i am ready to drain the live well i shut off the main fuel switch and it usally drains.My other promblem is that my speedometer doesn't work at all.What can i do to try to solve these promblems without taking it to a dealer? I am also looking for a original manual for this boat it's a 1992 nitro bass boat 150 evinrude high performance. I thank you very much for any information that you can provide.Thanks again,Joe.

livewell fill pumps are not self-priming, other words, they're gravity fed.  sometimes an air bubble gets in the intake, and blocks water from coming in.  If the pump runs when you flip the switch, but no water comes out, then crank the engine & throw it into reverse, rev it just for a second.  That usually starts the water flowing.

if the hose has come off, your boat will fill with water pretty fast.

When you turn on your switch can you hear the live-well pump

running.If not you have probably blown a fuse.If is does come

come on then you may have something blocking the hose.As for your speedometer not working it may be only that the hose

has come off at the back of the boat.You could also have something stuck in the pitot end on the outside of the boat.
