i'm working now on a 92 toyota camry LE and i'm trying to install new rear speakers on it. but thos speaker grills on the back won't pry open i checked the trunk there is no push clips for them or screws, even when i fold the back seats the carpet uohostly is glued so that can't be removed as well... i can see the actual end of the mounting screws in the trunk so i know it must be removed from inside. when i try to pry it open i can hear the wood creaking i don't want to break it ? any hint or helps? websites or pic instructions? thanks for your help...

  1. You will have to take the package tray out by removing rear lower seat cushion and then folding the seats down. Then start removing the trim around the opening. There should be hidden screws behind the seat opening trim and maybe some plastic clips.  The speaker grills should be attached to the package tray from the underside. After removing the package tray you can access the speaker screws to change them out.
