9230 sprint text message error?

okay when i try to send a txt to my friend right after it says "message sent" i get a message from this number "9230" and the message says

"The recipient you are sending to has chosen not to recieve messages. Msg 2111"

it only happens with this one person,.so whats going on?

it means that the person you are trying to send messages to has blocked text messaging on there phone
