95 Odyssey brake pads replaced, caliper overhauled, system bled

everything done but afterwards I have to pump twice to stop the vehicle it won't stop on the first step, the brake pedal all the way down to the floor, on the second step the brakes are so good but not on the first step, what could ive done wrong.I changed my pads because of the same problem and after replacing everything still the same, is my booster and master cylinder have problem? i checked all the fluid lines and they all ok...

  1. I would go to the bake brakes and check the wear and adjustment. That's where I would of started. It should have drum brakes. There could be sufficient movement in the shoes to allow what your talking about. Then again you could still have some air in the front.


  2.   You have air in the brake system. you must bleed the brakes to remove. Try bleeding the ones that you worked on first and if still the same bleed the others.
