95 ford w/7.3 L Diesel,Q:runs ruff all the time no power or speed . water in fule drand and new filter

new cam seanser hi preacherr & low precher fule lines 6 to 8 mounthes. I removed the fule filter housing and cleaned the trash out. old filter w/ black and oily one week ago. replased fule lines agen and filter cleaned out meatl fule filter on the sided of fule filter hoasing to most over looked. look,s like no oil to be in fule. did a oil & filter serves on it to ran good for 45 min. now it runs ruff for 5 or 10 min. cold idling and cleaers up drive 15 to 20 min. and runs ruff the rest of the time. input please!!!!!!

time to check either your injector pump or the valves..  if thats not the problem after that , its time for a new one..  it could be an intake leak.... or if its turboed , the turbo could have lost its bearing.. its a diesel with most likely alot of miles on it .. it wont last forever.. good luck
