First thing check the fuse and some cars as more then one fuse , next check the k**b to see if it's been moved.

try checking your fuses and wiring for shorts it could be a loose wire somewhere

start at the battery,check the wires for discoloration or rubbage on another surface

Have you checked the fuse for that circuit ???

Check the fuse that controls the lighting instruments, it's always possible to not be fully blown and limit output to certain areas.
