9800gtx+ sli power requirement?

just wondering if a 650w psu with total of 36amp dual rail will be enough for the 9800gtx+ sli and a quad processor?

no, if you only had one 9800 GTX then yes it would be fine, but you have 2. the minimum power requirement is 28 amps on the 12V rail. but you need a 12V rail for each GPU. so you need a combined total of 56 amps over 2 12V rails or it won't work.
