  1. take it back to them.  it has to be something in the shifting mechanism.  syncros have nothing to do with it-  they will make a crunch going into gear when they're worn and won't make it pop out of gear.

i would say the problem is almost definitely in the shifting mechanism external of the gearbox.

  2. Make sure that the shifter to the transmission housing is bolted down all the way.

  3. If it wasn't doing it until the clutch was replaces, you will find that the linkage is out of adjustment, or the bushings in the linkage are worn out and should have been replaced. I'm guessing it's a relatively simple adjustment. It's possible the synchros are worn out, but if it was fine before the clutch swap, then I say it's the linkage. Don't let them sell you anything! The adjustment should be no charge!

  4. sounds like the clutch needs adjusted. sounds like the clutch isnt releasing all the way from the flywheel so you can change gears.or the snyronixor is bad. i dont think i spelled that right!

  5. if it is popping out of gear the synchronize rings in the transmission are failing. the transmission will have to be repaired.
