99 Plym voyager

i have a 99 plymouth grand voyager,ok new battery,all grounds cleaned,checked alt. its ok.only thing is its not charging the system at all.with new battery,doesnt take long before its out.first turn on vehicle the battery lite cmes on immed..continuity good also,what gives thanks tom
