99 Voyager rear end whirriling noise?

what is it bearing or broken tire bolt possibly is it safe to drive would the wheel fall off i need advice

Most probably a wheel bearing,and yes it is safe to drive (if it just started making the noise) to your nearest service shop.If you neglect it you could do some major damage to your spindle & hub & create a major expence to a very simple repair.If you drive on it too long you could actually break the spindle & yes your wheel could fall off,an extreme & rare happening.Get it fixed probably under $30.00 if caught in time.
