99p At Ebay? Are They Being Nice or Not - Free Shipping?

There are some things on Ebay that are really cheap and like 99p. I want a Sora necklace and it is going for 99p with free shipping should i trust this person? They have like 99.8 percent positive feedback. It seems to good to be true.

So is free shipping just them being nice or them cheatin g you out of youre money?

Free shipping should be free shipping.  Some of the items coming from China are advertising free shipping but then they try to add on a shipping charge in the end.

If it is advertised as free shipping, do not under any circumstances pay an additional shipping charge.

The seller may have the item listed at $.99 hoping the item will be bid up to a higher price.

Check the seller's feedback and read some of the comments left by other buyers.  This should give you a feel whether or not the seller is legitimate.
