A 10,000 calorie-a-day diet?

Hello, I'm 17 years old and have a ectomorphic body type. I can't put on weight, and I have tried loads of different methods. I've tried high calorie diets (3000 - 3500), but they are sooooooooo hard. I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of foods to eat each day which would add up to around 10,000 calories. I really want to try extra hard this time!

  1. Eat alot of nuts.

    Walnuts have 200 calories for a handful, so its easy to eat alot.

  2. Relax.  Be cool.  Quit worrying about it.  It'll likely come with age.  Take a lunch to give to someone without food.

  3. I would talk to a dietitian about putting on weight.... Eating 10,000 Calories a day doesn't seem healthy in anyway!!!

  4. I would say instead of drinking protein shakes, if you enjoy any nuts at all, eat them in mass quantities. Nuts (peanuts, walnuts, pistachio's, basically any nut) are extremely high in calories (but due to healthy poly-unsaturated fat, basically "the good fat", not saturated animal fat) and extremely high in protein. Nuts are probably natures best blend of protein and calories.

  6. When Vin Diesel had to put on A LOT of weight for his role in the movie "Find me Guilty" all they had him eat was ice Cream,. The Kind that come in the 2 Gallons That all he ate  

  7. Your so lucky we should all have your metabolism.  My wife can't lose weight on 1200 calories and that is her dream.
