Hello, I'm 17 years old and have a ectomorphic body type. I can't put on weight, and I have tried loads of different methods. I've tried high calorie diets (3000 - 3500), but they are sooooooooo hard. I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of foods to eat each day which would add up to around 10,000 calories. I really want to try extra hard this time!
