comforting her is the best thing that you can do because right now she is not worrying about anyone but the person that she was just with so there is really nothing more you can do but to be there for her

You'll probably be nicer than me. I'd not take it seriously because she's only ten. Ten years old kids dating and breaking up is a joke. The have no idea what they are doing except playing grownup. It's tell her to stop playing grown up and be a kid for Pete's sake. These things tend to pass after a day.

But to be nice you might say something like this "heartache won't come just once. It'll happen again. Maybe even time after time. But that's ok because each heart break leads you one step closer to finding the person who will make you happy for the rest of your life. Don't rush it. Be good to yourself. Learn. Grow. Experience. Enjoy. You have a lot of growing to do before you find that right person. But it will happen.

Then tell her not to think of boys again until she's 19 or 20.

Or maybe a funnel cake would work.
