  1. you dont excersize, and you drink loads of milk,

milk is for GROWTH, you gain weight from milk, thats why most anamals secrete it. its used to make their children fatter and to transport nutrients to help them grow better and faster,

if you drink it tho it wont really help you grow because your older now, but it can help strengthen your bones, but only drink like one cup a day which is 8 ounces

its 4% carbs and 130 calories per cup, 8 ounces equals one cup, the average cup, as in... plastic or glass cup has 12 ounces.

you should stay off the milk, and excersize,

if you lose weight, you grow taller, because the fat isnt costrighting muscle growth and your more healthy, the more healthy you are the faster and better you grow.

excersizes like running , running is the best in my opinion, it excersises everything arms legs, back upper and lower, stomach,

biking is good to, its easier, but it can have bad effects if you ride to long, look it up.

its also good to stretch, stretching can help you grow lankier and taller too because it loosens your joints, if your joints are always loose while your still growing then you could grow taller, it also makes it easier on you to run go to a gym or look on the internet for a basic stretching book.

another way to lose weight to grow taller is to gain muscle , that also makes it hard to gain fat, because the more muscles you have and the stronger they are the more fat you burn up, remember tho, just because it looks like you dont have muscles doesnt mean you actually dont have any.

well, thats all i got for you.i hope it helped,

  2. because you dont exercise?you can definitely eat carbs BUT in smaller portions...eat 5 small healthy meals a day..limit to 3 glasses of lowfat milk a day...drink enough water

  3. Height usually depends on genetics. Some things can affect it: active gymnastics will stunt your growth, while improving your posture can add 1-2 inches of height.

At 14, your body is still changing a lot. I know I stopped growing at 12, then grew 2 inches over 6 months when I was 16. Your body probably wont "level itself out" until you're 18-20. Until then, don't panic. There will be periods where you're always hungry and never hungry, where you grow and don't, and where your body just does what it wants because you're a female.

Also remember that weight is not a zero-sum game. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you can be a fittest person but weigh more than every other girl in your gym class. Weight also fluctuates quite a bit depending on your hydration and your menstrual cycle, so don't worry about the scale so much. Check out your BMI, maybe even do a body-fat calculation (remember that 18-22% is -healthy-, you stop having your period below 10%!), to make sure you're healthy.
