First of all, a 14-lb turkey will NOT feed 36 people, unless you have ALOT of other dishes! .... So, you'd need at least double that for 60 people, but you're going to have a hard time finding a 28-lb turkey!   Just get 2 14-lb........

then take .39 multiplied by 60 (servings) and find out you'll need a 23.4lb turkey for 60 servings.
