  1. double your pleasure

    double your fun

    Serve two 14lb turkeys

    Instead of one

    As a math problem:

    14/36 =x/60

    14*60 = 36x

    840/36=x

    x=23.33 lb turkey for sixty servings

  2. First of all, a 14-lb turkey will NOT feed 36 people, unless you have ALOT of other dishes! .... So, you'd need at least double that for 60 people, but you're going to have a hard time finding a 28-lb turkey!   Just get 2 14-lb........

  3. it's just proportions.

    14/36 = x/60

    36x=840

    x=23.333

    so 23 1/3 pounds. or in that ballpark.

  4. Isn't there a math section or homework help, or something like that?

    This is not a vegetarian & vegan question.

  5. take 14 and divide it by 36 to get how many pounds per serving, it is about .39lbs per serving

    then take .39 multiplied by 60 (servings) and find out you'll need a 23.4lb turkey for 60 servings.

  6. If this is a real question for a cook and not a homework question...I think three would work for you, but if your doing homework, don't count on this being entirely accurate.

  7. 27lb nice to MEAT u
