How much of a yard will I have if i buy a home with 2100 sq.ft on a 1 acre land? Can I fit an inground pool and still have some space to run around comfortably?

  1. For sure, we live on a 1/4  acre lot and have an inground pool, big deck and still enough grass that requires a lawn tractor. It also leaves you room to improve your yard with other amenities such as a trampoline or various gardens. Our house is also a 2500sq.ft. house.

  2. Yes, an acre is 43,560 square feet.  My house is on a one-third acre lot and I have a large yard.

  3. You could do the inground pool with a terrace between the house and the pool -- with a little landscaping.  Just think - you won't have to buy a riding lawn mower!

  4. Yes - if the house is two story, you'll have even more room!
