A's fans are you getting tired of umpires giving time outs way too late?

Question

I've seen it happen to Street mid wind up it has happened more then once, I've seen it happen to Justin Ducscherer, and in tonight's game it happened to Sean Gallagher and totally threw him off for the inning and eventually gave up 5 runs!

yea its amazing how thrown off a pitcher can get when time is called in the middle of his wind up. so i do think the umps need to be better about it, and if the pitcher has started his wind up then they shouldnt grant time to the batter. i dont think umps only do it to the a's though i think its all around the league and is something that needs to be fixed soon

im a college pitcher and make sure i have a fast pace just because i know i get thrown off when i hear "TIME!" right in the middle of my wind up.

oh and yeah, i think it sucks to be a pitcher and to be in the middle of your windup and then have time called.

Yes and it gets very frustrating because our pitchers are risking being injured by these late time outs. Also, Geren needs to get out of the dugout and protect his players.
