A Baby girl name? ? ?

My wife and I are expecting our third; a girl, on September the 27th. We already have a boy, James Christopher and a little girl, Bella Elizabeth. My wife and I both have to make a list of five names and middle names, which we’d like to, name the baby. Here are some names that I chose, but I have too many, please help me pick out the best and further suggestions are welcome. The names should however fit in with the rest of the children’s.

Ava Gabriella

Nicole (need’s a middle name)

Rachel Isabella

Alexis Nicole

Grace (need’s a middle name)

Brooke Ava

Firstly, congratulations! From what you've named your other two children, it seems that you like classic names. Bella Elizabeth is classically beautiful and timeless. In keeping with that theme,

from the list of names you have, I prefer (love) the names Ava Gabriella.

I also like Grace but I'm having difficulty choosing a middle name. Can I suggest Grace Sophia or Grace Francesca. If you like the idea of using Grace as a middle name, I suggest Charlotte Grace or Amelia Grace. Hope this helps.

I like Ava, but not Brooke Ava. Reversing it sounds better = Ava Brooke. Ava Nicole sounds cute. Or how about Ava Claire? Or Ava Grace?

Ava Gabriella fits really well with Bella Elizabeth. Both are classy and regal.

I would cross off Rachel Isabella, because you already have a Bella, and they are too similar.

In my opinion, Brook, Alexis, and Grace are overused, and with the exception of Grace, overrated.

I think Ava Gabriella is a winner. Classy Pick, by the way.

Ava Gabriella is beautiful. Really classic, elegant and feminine.

I've never liked the name Nicole, nor Rachel - they both bring to mind plain, boring girls (I have no idea why) and Alexis is nice, but slightly masculine. Grace is pretty but dated, so you'd need a 'lively' middle name.

Ava Gabriella sounds like it fits best with the other names & their "style".  Grace would be my 2nd choice (not sure what you should use for a middle name).  

I don't think you should use Rachel Isabella because Isabella & Bella are too closly related.

They are all really nice but my faves are Ava Gabriella and I also like Grace Nicole. i really like alexis but don think it goes so well with james and bella.

I like Ava Grabriella and Brooke, because they are not as common.  I'm not sure if I like Brooke Ava, though.  Maybe Brooke Evan or something like that.

James, Bella and Ava sound great together.  I don't tend to like the name Ava, but I love it in this sibling set.  I think I may think of a different middle name, though.  I don't like how they both have the 'ah' sound on the end.  Ava Gabrielle, perhaps?  My second choice would be James, Ava, and Grace Danielle.

Ohhh I love the sound of Rachel Isabella! It's gorgeous! But it is pretty close to Bella, although as a middle name you could get away with it.

If your stuck for middle names, Rose, Jayne, Joannah, Grace, and Allison go well with most names, and pair up well with Nicole. However Grace is a bit harder, because I think it works well as a middle name. I know a Grace Ainsley, but I can't think of any other ones.

I also like Brooke Ava, it's really simple, not to common, but not too popular, and wont get old after 5 minutes. Good luck to you!

About the only name that I don't think fits in with the other 2 is Alexis (too many syllables).  I really like Ava Gabriella and Brooke Ava: they're both really pretty.  I also like Grace Anne (An, Ann).

I really like Ava. I think I'd lose Rachel Isabella, seeing that you have a daughter named Bella already. I think the best name combination would be Ava Brooke instead of Brooke Ava. I think a good middle name for Grace would be Elizabeth or Marie, but you already have used Elizabeth. I can't come up with a good middle name for Nicole, sorry! Maybe Nicole Ann?

I agree with the previous poster in regards to using Isabella, also the same goes with Gabriella, although they are both very pretty names.

I don't really like Brooke Ava, the name doesn't flow nicely. I'm not a huge fan of Brooke in general.

Grace is a lovely name, and the following are some suggestions for a middle name:

Everyone is using Rachel nowadays..also, if you've watched Friends, Isabella was the name they were going to give Emma...still a lovely name though.  Keep that as an option.
