Only if that Brazilian married a noble and was a citizen of the UK.Or if that Brazilian was in line of direct succession and inherited the title,which means that said Brazilian,in order to use the title would have to become a British citizen.

Rockchiq34 is talking nonsense; you cannot buy a British title of nobility. (You can donate lots of money to the ruling political party in the hope that they will ask the Queen to give you one, but that's not the same thing.)

As other people have said, the Queen might give a foreign citizen a knighthood (though not a peerage title), but it would have to be an honorary one, so he couldn't go around calling himself "Sir Joao Peres" or whatever.

A point to remember is that anybody offered a title or medal by a foreign head of state has to get permission from his own head of state before s/he accepts it. (E.g. a lot of British soldiers in WWII were awarded French gallantry awards such as the Medaille Militaire, and they all had to get permission from King George VI before they could accept and wear their medals.) Some countries are more willing than others to grant this permission. I don't know how readily the Brazilian government would agree to let one of their citizens become a KBE.

Provided the Brazilian had a British or Commonwealth passport, then yes. Otherwise, said person would only be able to receive an honourary title. However, if the Brazilian were to marry a member of the Royal family, they would normally receive a title to go with it (but once they had married a British person, they would be eligible for a British passport anyway).
