A Bridge Malaysia-Indonesia, what is you honest opinion?

Around 1999, There was a consortium declared that they would build bridge across Malaysia to Indonesia. Could you believes that it would profit anything? And how about now, if they will tried to build it again. Will you back them or against them?

I believe that a bridge would heighten ties between the two countries, especially in the areas of facilitated trade, and deeper and more meaningful cultural exchange.
