A/C Window Unit Placement?

Question

This might be a dumb question, but here it goes...our house has only window units; in one of the bedrooms the only outside wall is solid windows. Here's the problem: they are the old - style crank out windows. How can we get a/c in that room without installing central air? Do they make a/c's for those type of windows (i doubt it)? Thanks for any input.

i had to just take out the window a build a frame for mine

If you have a window unit already in another room just add a fan for circulation as this would be cheaper.
