Dear Sir/Madame, I'm Elham Yaesubi, a customer who has been using your CHiC Digital Audio Player MP10 product for some time and I have enjoyed listening to music using it. The problem is that I have lost its battery door. I thought maybe you could help me to know how and where I can get it. I would be glad if I'd be able to replace it soon. It's a gift from my brother and I like it very much. The device is, as I said, Perstel Chic MP-10 (128 MB) MP3 Player. It's approximately in good condition, except the loss of battery door.
