A Chilled-out 21st party... but WHERE??

I'm looking to celebrate my 21st birthday at a beach tent / pavillion / rooftop garden / terrace.

Basically anywhere with nice landscaping and ambience, where about 100 guests can come (kids included). I've done so at East Coast, Sentosa (cafedelmar), but the rooftop villas at Sentosa Hotels are wayyy overpriced!

I'm trying to get a place for below $500. Cafedelmar was free the previous time - any other similar place? Or even cool, boutique hotels? Somewhere not forcing you to use their catering. Or if so, at a reasonable price.

Try carls' jr at east coast... should be close to budget.
