A Computer Game. Tycoons!?

i bet you guys have heard of or seen those tycoon games!

well i get bored sometimes and i want to buy one.

but the question is....which one?

i've played the Mall one at my friends house once and it was awesome so i might buy that one!

but are there other ones that are better than the mall tycoon?
