Trade McAllister for Williams.

Deuce will be mired in a RBBC all year, with Reggie Bush, Aaron Stecker and Pierre Thomas with Thomas being probably the best all around RB of the bunch. Bush is more of a RB/Slot WR hybrid.

Keep White - he is in somewhat better shape than last year and the rookie Chris Johnson will be used as a change of pace back and in the slot some and is not really a goal line threat to take away TD's. White ended up with good numbers last year and should improve some this year.

Williams is a risk/reward guy at this point but I would chance it over Deuce. Ronnie Brown is coming back off knee surgery and it will be amazing for him to be even close to 100% this season. Ricky has looked good in training camp and preseason games so I expect him to get a lot of touches in games this year with the possibility of being the starter. Pennington at QB will help open up the running lanes for MIA this year.
