A Federal Court in SD affirmed that a fetus is now a human being. Will this decision help reverse Rowe?

Planned Parenthood lost the ruling because the injunction by them was lifted.

I doubt Rowe vs Wade will ever been reversed.  How many times will this Supreme Court decision be reviewed?  I have my own opinions on abortion, but I am not a woman therefor I have no real say in that decision.  Let's instead focus on another and more recent supreme court decision that makes no sense.

The Supreme Court decided to grant Imitate Domain do private parties.  Now, if a developer thinks your land would be a good spot for a strip mall, you as the home owner may be in a fight to keep you land...I think this decision needs to be reviewed over again.

as far as I know, only the Supreme Court itself, or a Constitutional Amendment, can reverse Rowe.
