3.Do I ever Need To Switch or get new picks?

1. Whatever works for you

2. Depends on how much you play. Maybe once a month. Longer for some. Your strings will deaden when they get old.

Whenever they become dull or when they break.

You dont really need to change your pick but they do wear out and break.

1. It doesn't matter so long as you can play right-side-up.

2. Depending on how often you play the answer will vary, but I'd suggest once every couple of weeks to once every couple of months.

3. You don't have to if they still work. If you have a pick you like and it doesn't break, you can use it for as long as you want. It won't affect things too much.
