A Few LG Dare Questions Before I Purchase?

Im thinking about purchasing the LG Dare but was wondering a few questions.

Ss there a way to get FREE ringtones?

If i have a regular plan is the internet free?

Can I add Videos to it off my Computer?

Is The Internet good at all?

Is there a better phone out there for about the same price?

the internet is faster than my phone i have the voyager i dont think the interwebs are free if you have a regular plan i have no idea i use it all the time... i like the voyager.. its all consumer what ever you like might be what somebody else hates

I don't know about the LG Dare, but I have the enV 2 or whatever, and mobile17.com is the only free ringtone website that has worked for me.
