A France Travel Question - Biarritz?

Question

I am doing a research paper on Biarritz, France. If any of you know any great websites or have been there, please tell me. If you ever traveled there, can you tell me what it was like? Or, maybe, you live there. I just need as much information about that city as possible.

I have been there lots of times.

It is pretty small, about 30000 inhabitants, and the people there are generally wealthy. I think it's because the british royal family used to go there on holiday. and then lots of aristocrats have come there too.

It is also well known for its beaches with good waves to surf, there are lots of surfers around the Biarritz area. Rugby and Pelote Basque are also famous sports there.
